San Fran Cafe is a family-run restaurant and full-service catering company at 4140 Steeles Ave W — a 60-seat dining room, a hot table full of the food we grew up eating, and catering trays that travel all over the GTA.

If you’ve driven along Steeles Avenue West, you’ve seen the sign. For years the neighbourhood has known us as San Francisco Cafe & Catering — the place with the hot table, the veal sandwiches and the lasagna people still talk about.
Now we’re simply San Fran Cafe. Same family, same kitchen, same recipes — with a fresh look, a bigger focus on the dining room, and a weekend all-you-can-eat Italian table on the way.
